Woody Campbell Posted May 20, 2007 Share #1 Posted May 20, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) I've had a frustrating couple of months trying to get my 135 f4 Tele-Elmar to work on my Visoflex III. I have a 16464 focusing mount for the Visoflex and the TE head is supposed to screw directly into it. It doesn't. Well, actually it does. The lens head (which unscrews from the 135 focusing mount) has a collar around the rear element that slides off to permit the small threads at the rear of the head to engage the 16464. Here is the head with the collar on: Here is the head with the collar off: Here BTW is the Viso showing the scotch tape and exacto knife solution to the framing problem (this took 5 minutes and is quite accurate). This lens has a sweet spot at f11 - it's also fine at f8. Focusing is surprisingly easy and accurate on the Viso. Sample image (no filter C1 conversion with generic no-filter profile): Here's a 100% center crop.
