Here is a rather lengthy and interesting article on Photoshop occasioned by its 25th birthday. Always nice to know more about the history, but I was particularly interested in where it is going. The licensing of Photoshop technology to other developers and the breaking of Photoshop into smaller tools are interesting, as is the impact of the CC on current and projected revenue and user head counts.
