egonleicaforum1 Posted January 26, 2015 Share #1 Posted January 26, 2015 Advertisement (gone after registration) Folks, I would like to re-structure my digital files. What I want is to have a file name that has a number, what it was taken with and the shoot date. Sort of like: Image # (1)-MP-Date (YYYYMMDD) Since all digital photos have the shoot date in the Exif file this should be possible. But how do I get the shoot date into the file name when I import? The Filename Template Editor does not seem to have that option. I use LR5. My digital files are a mix, some going back years. Some recent M240, some Fuji x100 etc. Thanks!
