New and trying to confirm IIIf

I have a Leica screw thread system that has serial number 813507. Silver and black with a single mount on top and dual view port on back. From what I can find, it should be a 1956 IIIf. It has the red & black rangefinder dial but the actual lettering appears gold. I keep reading about black or red lettering. Has the DBP, meaning it is older than 1952 from what I can find online.

 

I also have what seems to be a 1953 Leitz Summicron S-collapsible f-5cm 1:2 lens, sn 114199.

 

Finally, I have a Leitz viewfinder #69037. I cannot find the year for it.

 

Can anyone tell me the year of the rangefinder and if my information appears accurate?

by the serial # of the body it should be a 1956 IIIf, the serial # you listed for the lens must be missing a digit, recheck it. Also if you can post a photo of your items it would help a lot.

No, D.R.P. means "Deutsches Reichspatent" Engraving from pre WII time until ~~1952 (others will know much better than me)

 

DBP means "Deutsches Bundespatent" = postwar authority in German Fed. Republic after WWII.
