This rolling review will be from a photographer's perspective, so no tech info should be expected. Im not a review camera guy but I wanted to do some justice to this camera from a street photographer guy. Count Laszlo Posted November 27, 2014 Share #2 Posted November 27, 2014 Nice review. Really great photos! I picked up the 113 a month ago. So far I love it. It has a few weaknesses, but the output delivers and the reward is there. I did get the EVF but as you note, you can get by without it and oddly I find myself using both approaches. I never thought I would. I'm surprised by so much negative chatter on the 113, shame because it must be bad examples out there. I'm very pleased with mine. Right now my main complain would be that after you take a shoot, the LCD freezes while writing the image to the card. If you half press the shuter release button the LCD shows your next framing. Now if you are on manual focus, you have to wait until the image is writen to the card. Im not sure if this is something I configured wrongly or it just works that way. Its anoying. Even with image preview off you're stuck looking at your last shot for at least a second. If I'm doing continuous I am okay with the buffer time. But I do understand this isn't a D4 and living with it. It does push the photographer to think more about the shot though. Does the Vario do the same?
