atournas Posted September 17, 2016 Author Share #23  Posted September 17, 2016 I found this slide, shot sometime in 1995, and I thought it should be appropriate to add it to the thread.  Paul  Welcome, dear visitor! Guest Posted April 10, 2017 Share #24 Â Posted April 10, 2017 This is interesting:https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@37.979922,23.719543,3a,75y,180h,90t/data=!3m5!1e1!3m3!1sqctfhLoj3lDgRDM4XNgDpA!2e0!5s20110801T000000Not only does it give the address in Athens, in case people reading this want to visit (and photograph) the spot, but it also allows using the timeline function at the top of the page to see the different versions of the street image taken by Google, from 2009 to 2011. The tree, a stump in my picture, replaced by a young tree in Paul's, is there in 2011. Unfortunately the google earth link doesn't seem to be working any more. It would be greatly appreciated if you could renew it. Â I think I would quite actively contribute to a (so far not-yet existing) site with the geotags of famous HCB pictures.
