I tried importing her pictures into Lightroom but Lightroom won't recognize the V-Lus RAW format. I registered the camera and downloaded a new copy of Lightroom from the Leica site and still no joy. I finally wrote to Leicaand was informed that >>The current version of Adobe Lightroom regrettably does not support the RAW format of the V-Lux (Typ114) An update for Lightroom will come soon.<< I'm keeping my fingers crossed and hoping that it does happen soon, but in the meanwhile does anyone know of any other means of opening a V-Lux RAW file? Thanks in advance. - Vikas I have had exactly the same experience and can confirm that I had a similar reply from Leica-support. In the meantime before another LR update becomes available I downloaded the Adobe digital negative converter [which appears to be a temporary file] and this will open the RWL files convert them to DNG for further processing in LR5.
