kennekam Posted October 14, 2014 Share #1 Â Posted October 14, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) I have noticed that I can get sharper shots using manual focusing than use either single or continuous auto focus. Â One example I was using F/8 and 1/10 indoors. Using MF at 1-15m I am getting tack sharp shots. However using both single and continuous mode AF I am getting motion blur. Having image stabilization on makes no difference. Â Now I know that the shutter speed is low, but why would MF be sharper than AF?
