waterlenz Posted May 5, 2007 Share #23 Posted May 5, 2007 You left an important item off the list: -Something better than the crappy original SD card cases, the ones which inevitably pop open in your camera bag, leaving your precious cards to collect at the bottom of the bag along with the balls of lint, old ticket stubs, spare change and other small items you forgot you had. Good point!!!! Card wallets!!! They may serve a double purpose: I use the Lowepro 4 place card wallet to hold two M8 batteries (to accommodate the thickness), I use the side next to belt loop for charged batteries - put discharged ones on other side (obviously not directly across, but staggered - take out top one to put in body put discharged one in top position on other side; other full one is one lower position). morffin Posted May 20, 2007 Share #25 Posted May 20, 2007 There used to be a guy in the photo district ( NYC ) that walked around with a Leica held in his left hand...... the left hand ALWAYS had on black glove...while the right hand remained bare..and no it wasnt M Jackson. DaveEP Posted May 20, 2007 Share #26 Posted May 20, 2007 Every M8 needs a mate. I just walked around for a couple of weeks (vacation) and I either need a second M8 (with different focal length of course!) or a Tri-Elmar or both... There were clearly shots I missed because I did not have time to change lenses, or because it was simply too windy (with dust) to even think about it... So my M8 needs a mate The question is does she need a new hand bag or shoes? THAT could get expensive!
