jerbod Posted June 27, 2014 Share #1 Â Posted June 27, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) Can someone tell me if Leitz would offer custom sized AN glass that can be used for the top glass in a large format negative carrier? I once owned a Focomat Ic enlarger that had such a glass surface on the bottom of the condenser lens that contacted the upper surface of the negative in the carrier, and I NEVER experienced newton rings with that enlarger. Granted, if this glass is available the cost is likely prohibitive, but I want to ask regardless. Or if there is another alternative, please tell me.
