I think it is a recently launched magazine (have not seen it for sale anywhere before, nor have I seen it discussed on any of the photography forums). Â In looking at the May/June 2014 issue which features a ten page article/interview with the redoubtable Magnum photographer Constantine Manos, ISP looks like it will be an outstanding periodical and resource for street photographers.
