No one should endure the 4-6-8 week wait it takes to get something fixed on a NEW, low use, $5000 camera. Oh and I also bought my M8 from the Proshop and on the CC receipt that was sent to me with the camera it clearly states NO RETURNS. I will probably never do business with them again for several reasons but the NO RETURNS is one of the big ones. Especially, since I ordered it by phone and never saw that receipt until I received the camera and they never mentioned it! They only hurt themselves and their reputation in the long run.
