Most ergonomic shutter speed dial: M6, M6 TTL, M7, or MP?

I only own one manual camera that I can adjust shutter speeds on the fly without looking at my dial and that is my K1000. I have been using that camera for over 30 years.

I purchased an M-A about a year ago now and have used it pretty consistently for the past 9 months but still am unable to adjust the shutter speed without glancing at my shutter dial. I don't know about you but it obviously takes me somewhere between a year and 30 years to get to this point. Borrowing a camera and testing it for a few days probably isn't going to give you that level of familiarity.

My advice. If you are really interested in a Leica, pick one that feels good for you and then commit to it for a few years. You'll get there.

Of course, everyone is a bit different and may be able to pick this skill up far more quickly than I. :)

EDIT - Dial size or rotation direction make no difference as far as I can tell.
