Expect to see a lot of "This is in the wrong forum!" noise, and even more double postings. Â BTW, is a printer a digital device, or not? And if my question is just about ink, where does it belong? Guest sirvine Posted April 26, 2007 Share #4 Â Posted April 26, 2007 In fact, the better I get at digital, the less time I spend in "virtual photography". I hardly use the camera LCD anymore. Download the card to the computer, run it automatically through the proper "development" settings, and straight to the printer. Once I have the print in hand, I feel I'm finally able to view the result. All the bits in between become less important by the day, and the experience overall is more tangible and, for me, more satisfying in a visceral way. dhsimmonds Posted April 27, 2007 Share #9 Â Posted April 27, 2007 It is very interesting as we seem to get more discussions about the DMR on the Customer Forum than we do on what was the Digital Forum.........will that now mean a sub forum for DMR can be expected? Perhaps not as it is an extremely reliable and superb instrument, just badly needing a firmware update. Â I must say I am relieved that the M8 discussions are now sub divided........a very good move in my view.
