Advertisement (gone after registration)

I placed an order with them at the beginning of the month, and I have yet to receive anything except an email saying my order was shipped on 11 April. When I asked for tracking information, I received no reply.

 

Does anyone have any idea how I can get in touch with anyone from this so-called business?

 

I ordered from Luigi, who is in Italy, and received my half case in 2 days.

 

This is totally ridiculous.

I just received the Sling and the Hook last week. I emailed them because I only got the automatic email from PayPal notifying payment, but not any confirmation from Leicagoodies. It took a couple of days, but they eventually wrote me back with a shipping date for the end of that week. Delivery took about another week (I'm in Spain).

 

Feels like this business is just like an accessory activity for this people, but they seem honest, and although it might take a little longer, they are responsive. It's just a different pace.

 

By the way, the sling is awesome.

I got three items I ordered quite quickly, but have still not received my Luigi strap. Both are good companies, so just hang in there. I don't think they do tracking information, since the items are sent in envelopes much of the time.
