ironringer Posted March 7, 2014 Share #1 Posted March 7, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) I found an A36 size Polaroid filter (picture attached) in a group of 1950s Leica accessories, and wonder if this is the #13390 FILPO filter as listed in the 1953 Leica USA price list? I assume that to use it, you flip up the single Polaroid filter to cover the viewer, adjust for desired effect, and then swing it down to cover the lens, before taking the picture. Can other screwmount camera users please confirm this product name, and describe its use? Did Leica print an instruction leaflet for ths filter? Welcome, dear visitor! This filter works on 180° effect so first you control the reduction of reflection thru the filter when you get what you desire just flip the filter on the front lens and you are ready to shoot.
