Keith (M) Posted February 17, 2014 Share #1 Posted February 17, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) The RPS is currently running a special offer for EverImaging's Photo Effect Studio Pro. Having succumbed to the offer in the latest newsletter and installed it on my Windows 7 PC, I attempted to open a .dng file (M240) with the result that the program crashed (.dng is one of the file types listed by Everimaging). Rebooted, tried again, same result. Installed the software on my laptop - same problem. Naturally these same files open without problem in LR5 and CS4. I emailed EverImaging Sunday night about the problem and had a reply this morning requesting camera details and a copy of a .dng file. Have responded and now await (hopefully) a resolution. Interestingly, the program will sometimes open an M9 .dng, but always crashes with M240 .dng files. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
