Long exposure and dead/hot pixel line problem

Just taken a few test shots with a 10 stop ND filter and have noticed a faint single line presumably caused by a dead/hot pixel - similar but not as noticeable as the dreaded red line issue at high ISO on my old M8.2.

Only occurs with long exposures (noticeable on 5 sec and 45 sec) but cannot see any trace on normal exposures at (thankfully) any ISO. I have not had time to test properly but perhaps it is accentuated with the secondary noise reduction (shutter closed) action on long exposures - or maybe simply the extended exposure picks out the issue - as it does with any dust particles on the sensor that would go unnoticed on normal exposures.

Guess it is off back to Solms after Christmas!

1:1 crop below of line - adjusted contrast etc to make it easier to view.

It is very faint - only found it when removing the dust spots - not like the usual line (as posted by arvin recently).
