skinnfell Posted November 11, 2013 Share #1 Posted November 11, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) I sometimes write articles and short stories for Leica Norway. I don't know how many scandinavian Monochrom users there are on this site, but you thought you might find this one interesting. (As for all you other folks, there is always google translate, but i have found it does a poor job on my language. But feel free to try!) Anyways, my article deals with a tip to how to expose on the monochrom, so that you dont have to underexpose wildly. Basically I try to preach the use of palm-exposures, and experiment with different in-camera exposure compensation. I also give my own LR4 settings for MM. The article concludes that if you expose for the palm, but do not add another stop (like in regular color photography) then you have a good starting point. There will be more monochrom articles later, every few months or so I hope. Here is the link: Leica.bresson.no Enjoy! Welcome, dear visitor! ldhrads Posted November 11, 2013 Share #2 Posted November 11, 2013 Looks like some great articles, I'd love to see your LR presets for MM. Just couldn't read it in the native language!

Jacques Kallis Posted November 19, 2013 Share #4 Posted November 19, 2013 Well described the Monochrom but you need to explore more. I was also finding the same content but still in need of further information and explanation. I want to learn how monochrom really works through the camera.
