ian moore Posted October 9, 2013 Share #1 Posted October 9, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) I travel a lot and have been using a Sony Vaio AW laptop for editing, usually Photoshop. It is now the worse for wear and need to replace it. There is no Sony replacement. It is 64 bit colour with full Adobe 1998 colour gamut. Any recommendations for a new high spec. laptop would be appreciaited. Larger the better,of course, the Sony is 17.5 ins. I would like wide gamut of course and RGB backlight. Thanks, Ian Moore

Chuck Albertson Posted October 16, 2013 Share #2 Posted October 16, 2013 I use a Lenovo W530 for editing, though I don't travel much with it. Got 16G of RAM, and upgraded the graphics card when I ordered. Don't know anything about the gamut, I mostly use it to process Monochrom images.
