papimuzo Posted November 28, 2015 Share #22 Posted November 28, 2015 Putting off the dust about this subject, I realized that contrary to the camera reading the 6-bits codes by M8 and M9, the M240 needs to see the white marks to reconnize the lens. Coding a 1966 Summaron 35/2.8 as a Summicron 35/2.0 I applied only the black marks and got "not connected" lens. To my surprise, after putting the complete code (white and black) the lens was immediatly seen. BTW, it was a big relief as the hand coding was a Dremel'work... .
