jscolman Posted April 12, 2007 Share #1 Â Posted April 12, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi All, I use a D-Lux-3 for street work and have been working to come up with a combination of settings that will allow the fastest response. I usually use ISO 200, "A" Program at f2.8, "Fast" auto focus, and the largest JPEG setting. What settings do you use and reccomend? Thanks, Jim. Advertisement Posted April 12, 2007 Posted April 12, 2007 Hi jscolman, Take a look here Speedy D-Lux-3.. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
sean_reid Posted April 12, 2007 Share #2 Â Posted April 12, 2007 RAW, manual zone focus at about F/5 -F/5.6, aperture priority (with EV adjustment as needed) or full manual exposure. AF is too slow on this camera to match my response time. I was just writing about this camera tonight. Â Cheers,
sps Posted April 12, 2007 Share #3 Â Posted April 12, 2007 I'm stuck with Jpegs. The RAW write time is just too long for family photos. Â I do keep mine on 200 ISO & program, OIS2, AWB and fast focus.
