Snapper UK Posted September 9, 2013 Share #1 Posted September 9, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) I don't really use my M to shoot moving image. But I have played around a couple of times with it. My query is about the way it dates the films. It is way off. I may be shooting stills which are correctly dated and timed then I may make a few short film clips. When I import the film clips into LR the film clips seem to have random dates, mainly from the 1900s in particular Jan/ Feb 1988. The times seem to be recurring as well. As I rename all image files based on a reversed date structure it has become clear that the camera is recreating some dates for moving image files. This is ONLY with film clips and when I go back to stills the date is accurate.
