I read that you have to remove half case to take out battery or sd card out ( Leica version ) does anyone have photo of back view , bottom view of the Leica X Vario half case from Leica I know with the Gariz half case for X2 to have access to battery & card. papimuzo Posted August 10, 2013 Share #3 Posted August 10, 2013 I wrote to Luigi (Leicatime Luigi Crescenzi : leica cameras leica compur mp elmar 250 reporter leicavit) and reply was that a model of half-case would be ready by mid-August...."without garantie". Comparing on its site with models made for X1 or X2, it could exist some type with a door allowing battery and SD card access. I'm waiting anyway given the - expensive - quality of the "Luigi" products. Note: don't be afraid by the presentation of the site... it is terrible, but, at the end....amusing if you are patient!
