innerimager Posted April 6, 2007 Author Share #6 Posted April 6, 2007 @peter So which do you like best so far, Tri-X or XP2? well, after only 1 roll of each I can hardly judge...but- I like the "substance" of the grain of TriX, there's an edginess. Don't like touching up the scan, but I never knew how much I could appreciate the spot healing tool! You can even drag it over scratches, very fast. As to XP2- I like the "creamier" mid tones, excellent dynamic range, and love the ease of scanning. At this point I could see choosing one over the other more for the look I want, but I imagine the developing and processing advantage of XP2 will count fro a lot. best....Peter Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
