Your framing is precise and your compositions are nice. No offense, but these are all static subjects in bright light. Plus color can always be adjusted to taste from any raw file. Can't any camera do this with variations in resolution of course? How is it for shooting any kind of action/lifestyle in good and bad light? Can it track focus on a subject coming towards you?

Static objects? There are some pics of peeople dancing/moving around. If you need a real action/sport camera you won´t find it amongst Leicas (maybe apart from S2). With Vario (as with ANY other more sophisticated camera) just shoot with Shutter Priority ana Manual Zone Focusing - you can cover most of "mobile situations".

Same applies to "bad light". Vario is almost noise-free up to 800 ISO - should be enough!

Those people are not moving in such a way that AF would need to become a factor. Obviously any camera can do zone focusing for relatively non-demanding situations. So? That is not why we buy AF camera systems.

As I said, I don't expect it to compete with a 1Dx but want to know if the AF and overall responsiveness is very good. I gave away my old Konica/Minolta A2 because I found the AF could not keep up with my basic photo needs for that camera. It too would have been fine for these posted types of photos. And I was not shooting action sports with it.

Re. bad light, I am not referring to the noise. Does the AF work well in low light? Is lack of IS a limitation below what shutter speed for you? Besides, I find that I often need ISO 3200 to shoot at f3.5-5.6 handheld in low light so I'd start any noise comparison at that speed. (Not to insinuate that this camera is not very good at high ISO.)
