Otherwise very nice series specially picture 2 with lovely smile of the kid It's your son ? Film gives a "soft" rendering with "soft" edges and lines , full of sweetness a little blur and color a little pale provides additional value to the pictures. Thanks for posting Regards Henry Thanks Henry, that's the dad and his son in the pic

MT0227 Posted July 12, 2016 Share #18344 Posted July 12, 2016 Philip...very cool location and quite an eye grabber....I like the use of all those silhouettes of different people. For me, thats how I prefer to work people in my photography, especially if I don't know them. Really like this one. Marc's photo above reminded me of a picture I took in the German Reichstag Dome once. It's an impressive location. MT0227 Posted July 12, 2016 Share #18345 Posted July 12, 2016 I really like the setup of the scene Adam; no people dominating or distracting...just that bird checking to you out. Like the tri-x rendering as well. Miamitri-x
MT0227 Posted July 12, 2016 Share #18346 Posted July 12, 2016 I was wondering the same..yellow...orange? Looks pretty dark for yellow. Great composition Adam, very nice. Did you use a filter? The sky is so dark (which I like because it adds contrast and draws the eyes to the bird).

Doc Henry Posted July 12, 2016 Author Share #18356 Posted July 12, 2016 (edited) Some shots from a recent bargain I found, a Contax T2 Shots with Rollei Retro 400S...I start loving this film. I like to buy in bulk and sometime Tri-X it just get too expensive...Rollei cost way less and deliver still fantastic results! Having a good time to go out with the Contax I have to say, the camera is a joy to use for point and shoot...it just suffer a bit in very bright condition I wish the shutter would go higher than 500th/s.... we don't have too many sunny days in London so it won't bother me much! Ah TriX is inimitable and TX is TX. What developer ? Nice b&w tone Jonny Thanks for posting Best Henry Edited July 12, 2016 by Doc Henry
