That's how I could choose on your photos In some situation , it's useful and it's like in the reality Best Henry  Thanks, Henry.  Actually, the velvia 50 didn't quite produce actual reality.  The colors are much more punchy and balanced that what you would have seen in person, even with polarizing sunglasses.  But to me that doesn't matter, the velvia produces a crisp 3D finely balanced image with punchy "incredible but real" (forgot the French translation) colors, which to me works nicely here.  IT is interesting that the unevenness in the color in the sky might suggest that I used a polarizing filter on my wide angle SWC (which I've taught myself is a big no no in early morning light like this).  But I didn't use any filter, and the velvia picked up on the unevenness and with its deep saturation created a similar effect.  Would have like more evenness, but the sun was rising on the left and there was no way to get it.
