GaryB sometimes it's nicer in color because we are in dark light condition

like in these 2 pictures, almost in b&w but color for sky and sand

I think the rendering is different if you have the both version :)

I have also in KodakTX I'll post for comparison

Film is very sensitive in color....and in b&w :)

Few days ago I make a trip to Abbey Vauclair (1 hour with my car)

a large place in the nature between a forest , pond and many wild apple trees

Here another shot

I have also my M9 with my M7 and MP.

I'll post the same M9 pictures for comparison. I prefer film for the faithful colors

Life is too sad without color. Nature is so beautiful :)

Time for a bit of show and tell, albeit slightly dated, these were taken about 10 years ago possibly.

They will be taken with my old R6 and 50 Summicron combo, with one of my children doing the taking (selfie-sticks weren't around then, nor were they robust enough to support the R6/50 Summicron).

Me in the "office", and the view from the office. Doesn't always look that good though.

Gary

Hi Gary, great view ... what are you flying?

Decided for my up and coming Scotland/Switzerland trip to take my Leica S and M6 and heave my 503 at home.

As we all know the Leica S is an amazing camera especially when it comes to shooting landscape on a tripod. The M6 will be fantastic as a walk around town camera.

Thanks GaryS and GaryB :D for your nice comments.

I was initially a blue mask and I am unable to correct. I was afraid you don't like this picture.

Minh and you both have given me the answer . Merci

As GaryB knows I love poppies like him.Gary, the poppy petals are "thick" versus "cigarette paper" in digital

+ "sharper" edges of petals in digital and not sweet (film) . Have you noticed that?

GaryS no it's in our region of Champagne

I went to Epernay once and had a trip down in the cellars of Moet Chandon

Neil, please don't heave your 503. That's camera abuse, man  :p

Stop....... I'm already on the edge of taking it with me. The files out of that camera are amazing even if they have a vertical line through the middle of them
