Fotoklaus Posted May 6, 2016 Share #14861 Posted May 6, 2016 Advertisement (gone after registration) I must admit, looking at Klaus' proliferation of fine shots, my thoughts were exactly the same, my goodness, how many??? Great pictures though, all of them, and nice to see them all being used. Gary Thanks, Gary! I like to collect cameras and I also like to use them. That's what they are built for. And I often was astonished about the (technical) great results that some of the simple, old cameras can deliver. And so I'm very amused reading threads like "Summicron IV or V - which is better?" :-)

Doc Henry Posted May 6, 2016 Author Share #14862 Posted May 6, 2016 on the beach, with my fujica 6x4.5 40mm lens .... reason for the posting is that this is Adox iso 20 b/w film....will have some 35mm soon .... clarity is, I believe, quite amazing, and the is cropped shot ... thoughts? It's fine for me Steve For the link of Klaus, I think perhaps it's a problem of gelatin or cellulose acetate environment too dry or too hot ? Fotoklaus Posted May 6, 2016 Share #14865 Posted May 6, 2016 (edited) Here is a picture, taken with one of the worst lenses ever, says Mr. Ken Rockwell, the Nikon AIs 35-70/ 3.3-4.5. I did some great shots with it. Of course, it is not a 24-70/2.8 professional lens, but it delivers good results all over. And for about 20 bucks... you know... Welcome, dear visitor!
