Details can be found here: http://www.l-camera-forum.com/topic/256754-the-challenge/?do=findComment&comment=2989498 Best regards, Christoph

Doc Henry Posted February 28, 2016 Author Share #11985 Posted February 28, 2016 (edited) Summicron 90 is expensive but fabulous : contrast, nuance in gray or black toneFuji Acros film also contributes to this tonalityAnyway at the end , we get a good image ! Notice a high definition (stone, wall, windows ...) of film with soft lines not agressive (cutting edges) like in digital 90 Apo Summicron Asph Leica MP Fuji Acros 100 Abbaye du Mont Saint Michel , as you can see from belowI remind you that this abbey is around 70 meters above the ground,on top of a small hill , in the middle of the Bay Welcome, dear visitor! gsgary Posted February 28, 2016 Share #11993 Posted February 28, 2016 The sheer quality and resolution of the lens plus of course the 6x9cm neg are just about recompense enough for carrying 1.4kg around my neck! Stray thought - how much does the Leica SL + 24-90 zoom weigh, I wonder? Quick check shows a few grammes under 2Kg - well that definitely means crossing it off my list... I'll be out with mine this afternoon, shot a roll of Foma 400 this morning @ iso 1600
