The combination that allowed me to do this photo with bokeh behind :)

no difficult at all for focus if you have habit to use long lenses.

The rangefinder is still good with this focal.

Who says that the M cameras can not photograph the architectural photography, that only SLR can do...
the contrary we arrive better to frame and
composing , all through the small rangefinder :)

Excellent shot John. Great use of wide aperture to separate out the guy from the background. Question though - is it flipped horizontally? The text on the sign seems to read backwards.

Why  ?  trees in bloom at the edge of the river give a fragrance to the river with the breeze of the wind :)

Where is this ? i rode my motorbike across Norway to Soderhamn and up throught Lulea then upto the Russian boarder next Nordkapp and down the Artic Highway, first day we rode with a lovely Swedish couple to their home at Mora, one of my best motorbike tour ever

It's along E4 (European road 4) a bit south of Stockholm, it's mostly flat landscape but with this one "bump" as a viewpoint. Your tour sounds great!
