Kodak UltraMax 400, Leica M6, 35mm f/2

Strait out of the can, no post processing.

Steve you are right .

I do like you , no post process - habit of digital -  after scan  ... and scan in Tiff ,  pictures are  more beautiful  than compressed Jpeg !

Post process destroys the original atmosphere !

Very nice "natural" variation of light and shadow Steve

Three night shots from Barcelona (light leaks not withstanding...):

These were from a test roll of TriX shot at EI1600 using the M7 and ZM 1,5/50. I have been wondering about whether or not TriX might work better than my usual Delta 400 for pushed night-shots, and I really like the result. It seems to have a bit more exposure latitude, which makes the shooting easier - although if the exposure is spot on it is hard to tell the difference in most shots.

The text on the last image translates as "I believe in a better world", which I thought fitted the sequence well.

very good results, Mark.  Thanks for sharing.

Bravissimo! After a month, she emerges. She hits the road on the first dry day. Screw the temperature.

I exposed a couple of rolls of Tri-X and I have to say it is an interesting camera to use. It is not in great conditions, but it is usable. The shutter times are fine. I think I'll invest in a CLA. 2-3 negatives out of 10 show some banding at the edge which is probably due to some film advancing problems. The lens is a radioactive Super Takumar 105/2.4. I know it's stupid, but I might sell it and buy a later not radioactive lens.

Here's a portrait of my nephew. Unfortunately, I don't have a macro lens and I had to scan it with the Epson V600 (I hate it) instead of the digital camera.

You may not like the scanner but it looks like it did well! (I also have the V600 and am learning to dislike it).

The Super Takumar 105 is the least favoured standard lens but if you do decide to sell it for a later version  I might be interested as long as shipping isn't prohibitive, I wouldn't mind adding a 105 to my collection.
