Love it, Gary.

Then I got into Miller-Mode, something I've not tried, and used the ground-glass focus screen on the SWC.

Needed colour, obviously, so will further this at some stage.

Same details as above.

Wow, spot on focus, Gary.  That's why I am talking about.  It adds a whole new dimension to the camera - don't you agree

Reconstructed from mental sketches based on the last stone step to the top of the leaning tower of Pisa using the imageless flash frame from the beginning of a 35mm roll of ADOX. Unadulterated analog.

Very interesting, Rog.  Love the colors and the pattern.

Phil,

A manifest on this forum's mindset of photography doesn't come amiss. Descriptions such as "the accretion of indecisive moments" in my mind add up to something like a double negation of the definition of "the decisive moment":). And on a personal note I'd shy away from phrases such as "tearing out pages", with their destructive meaning; reminding me too much of unfortunate events of the past, events that led to too much beauty lost throughout the ages. We will never be able to read Aristotle's second book on poetics, never be able to see Bottecelli's paintings consumed by the flames of Savonarola, never admire the artworks lost in the Reformation ... you can go on forever.

I like the mystery in photography; photography as an art conjuring up images. Or in the words of Michel Fournier when writing about Edouard Boubat, "... the world obeys him like it once obeyed Orpheus".

Have a good weekend everyone!

Good one, Christoph.

The colors are really good in these, Edward.  Much better than the low light shots.  Perhaps this film is really at its best in good natural light?

Christoph - regarding "tearing out the pages". I thought it was clear I was speaking metaphorically. If you think I'd ever advocate the destruction of thought, ideas of history, then obviously I've failed to express myself adequately.

Thanks Adam. I’m not really sure why is that, but I agree with you. It’s a different roll and different camera. It could also be lab processing inconsistencies.
