The white patches are some clouds in a blue sky :) that day !

The film has the advantage that with a 200% crop the image always has its visible grains , that gives a very different and "enjoyable" aspect to watch than enlarged "smooth" pixel of the digital.

Crop 200% in the middle of the picture above :

No - a newly graduated nurse at the hospital who happened to be working when I went in to do rounds on Saturday morning. I may have delivered her, but it was so long ago that I don't recall for sure!

Massimo stunning in color

Yes Henry, the Ektar 100 surprised me for the colors, very natural and satureted.

All the pictures have been just scanned and exported in jpg, no adjustments.

Cheers,

Massimo

I made this selfie at the Museum Ettore Fico in Turin, while visiting the exhibition of the photos taken by Jacques Henri Lartigue.

It has been super cropped, so you see a lot of grain…. and it seems I'm with her on the boat :-)

By the way, I have sent a message to Andreas asking whether we might be allowed to have a thread or a sub-forum dedicated to film photographs of all kinds (even if not taken with Leica equipment). At present none of our medium format, large format or even other 35mm film photographs can be shared here. I understand and agree that this forum should be principally for Leica photography, and none of us want it to be over-run with digital images from any old brand of camera. But there aren't an awful lot of us dedicated film photographers left, and it's very encouraging for us to be able to get together and share whatever we make. I don't see that it would damage Leica sales to be able to show 35mm film SLR images, medium format film images and even large format film images here, given that Leica is no longer in those markets. All it can do is to increase forum traffic without detracting from Leica sales. I suggested that images might be restricted be being hosted off-site so that it wouldn't increase his hosting costs. Obviously, it is his forum and his decision, but I thought it no harm to ask!

I was walking the other day in Paris, I found this (little) street not frequented by pedestrians, who are like a backyard.

It seems that there are many like that , remains of ancient streets of the mediaeval era of Paris.
