Neil , sincerily it's a beautiful picture and print. So you see your development is fine . I think you become accustomed to correct your SL or S pictures with the computer and photo softwares . Film is more tolerant and the images are more beautiful No edges and lines hypersharp , film is natural ! Thank you for posting Rg Henry Edited June 17, 2017 by Doc Henry

Doc Henry Posted June 17, 2017 Author Share #34614 Posted June 17, 2017 Sorry for no photos for a couple of weeks, but I've been cleaning out my office building so it can be sold. However, one good thing came out of its basement; in 1991 I bought a Miata and ran it each summer, and stored it in the heated office basement for the winters. When I lost my partner in 2001, I was too busy to have a chance to go near it and it gathered cobwebs. Now it's emerged, had a lot of new parts installed, and runs perfectly. 26 years old and only 31,000km! Pentax PZ-1, 28mm/f2.8, XP2, X1 scan: Miata NA 3 by chrism229, on Flickr Miata NA 4 by chrism229, on Flickr With 85mm/f1.4: Miata NA 2 by chrism229, on Flickr And the other reason to be cheerful today is that my OM-2n's returned from their CLA! Chris Nice black and grey tone Chris It's a japanese car ? I have a Nissan Micra still operational in 2017 Rg Henry
Doc Henry Posted June 17, 2017 Author Share #34615 Posted June 17, 2017 Canon F1 (old type), FD 28mm 2.8, Fuji Superia 200. Thanks heavens the drop in value for old film gear occurred so fast with advent of digital; otherwise, I would probably not have this, my first, film SLR. It has been collecting dust for about 15 years now. Off it goes, to Mr. Ken Oikawa- I understand he is a trained Canon tech- for rejuvenation. image133017-2.JPG Wayne It's fine Fuji Superia 200 Nice red of rose Henry
Guest NEIL-D-WILLIAMS Posted June 17, 2017 Share #34616 Posted June 17, 2017 So this morning I decided to go out and shoot a few Kuala Lumpur Landmarks. I love this city, such a diverse culture and amazingly friendly people. I actually parked my car in the middle of the road (four way flashers on) and set up my tripod and Chamonix 8x10 to shoot the Parliament building. Low and behold a police car pulled up and was about to tell me to move when he saw my camera and was like Waaa CTFCO. So we got chatting and I told him that I worked in Nigeria and lived in KL. He said why Malaysia , so I told him that KL is my home and that I love KL.............it put a massive smile on his face and he got in his car and left. All pictures are taken with Ilford HP5+ 8x10 film and developed with D76 The the first picture is Putrajaya Parliament Welcome, dear visitor!
