I can post this maybe - a portrait I shot from Gery Oth, a photographer and a friend of mine , at a show of his works. Same Leica IIIf body from 1955, same Elmar 3:5 uncoated from 1936, same 400 TX from Kodak. Have a nice week-end, Jean-Marie Web.Gery Oth 2016 - copie.jpg Very nice and loveny portrait JM Have you more ? Thanks Henry

Doc Henry Posted October 23, 2016 Author Share #22984 Posted October 23, 2016 The next feature along the highway connecting Jerusalem and Tel Aviv that I would like to showcase are the WATERMELONS! Thousands of them! So cool! The first is from the side of the highway to simply show just how close the watermelon patches were, along with some of the other features of the landscape. The second and third are up for solicitation of favorites and critiques.... Just a couple of weeks after I took these the melons were harvested and the ground become barren like they were never there... Velvia 50, SWC watermelons.jpg ... and nice vanishing and "refreshing" line Best Henry

There is an opening scene in one of the film interpretations of a Dickens novel (David Copperfield?) with families living in overturned boats on the English Coast. I would love to see the area where you shot this.

EoinC Posted October 23, 2016 Share #23000 Posted October 23, 2016 Another abstract from FOAM. 50/1.4A Vista 200 Hi, Philip. I like this shot. The only thing I find a little distracting is the indent in the pole at the bottom. If that were cropped out, I think the symmetry would pull back to the yellow 'L'.
