pop Posted December 13, 2014 Share #2242  Posted December 13, 2014 Sorry, it´s me again:) This time I would like to hear your opinions. I can´t decide, which version is better:   In this case I think it is not a matter of colour vs. B/W; rather, the B/W version seems to have been made with much more attention to the details. It shows details, e.g. in the painting, in the columns and even in the furniture which the coloured version seems to be lacking.

Your opinion about the color ?   Hello Henry,  analog photography is something special - something you have to like - something that is very diverse and exciting at the same time - something that requires a lot of time - something that will necessarily differentiated approach must - something with many nuances ..... and finally a large complete works  my digital sense tells me .... not too rich, saturated colors but all the more shining bright colors ....

Doc Henry Posted December 14, 2014 Author Share #2258  Posted December 14, 2014 Lovely photos. That color green is what brought me to Fuji film in the 1970's.  Joe  Joe thank you for your comment. Yes, I often use(d) Fuji for my flower picture in normal or in macrophoto. As you said, Fuji color specially the green is really nice , very soft Best Henry
Doc Henry Posted December 14, 2014 Author Share #2259  Posted December 14, 2014 Hello Henry, analog photography is something special - something you have to like - something that is very diverse and exciting at the same time - something that requires a lot of time - something that will necessarily differentiated approach must - something with many nuances ..... and finally a large complete works  my digital sense tells me .... not too rich, saturated colors but all the more shining bright colors ....    Ingrid, thank you for this long comment I will tell you something .... your pictures look a lot like film at the side that it is never too sharp and it is for this reason that I like them. It is difficult, but much depends on shooting.  For me, I return to the film and I use less my 2 M digital cameras  Ingrid, why not try to do some b&w film rolls (question that I already asked you) Best regards Henry
