Beautiful. And, with 2 young grandchildren 3000 miles away, I tear up...

What you're doing with multiple exposures is so artfully expressed makes me shift to Pollock and Richter for abstract rhythm.

Thankfully I am sitting down, otherwise this invigorating composition would knock me to the floor. No dogs! The  counterpoint of painterly blur and roaring surf moves into a room of Eric Fischl studies.

That’s very kind Ernest thanks a lot and glad you like it

Very nice, tranquil, storytelling with little action and many details. (I thought you had sold your Rolleiflex?)

Thank you very much Christoph. I sold my 6008i, the SLR Rolleiflex (only because of its weight, but what an outstanding kit otherwise) but am retaining the TLR.

Welcome back, Tim - what a lovely portrait! Great use of an unusual and atmospheric location. There must be some kind of story behind that...

A nice photo, d4xycrq. I like the contrast  of the chrome surfaces with the shadows. ,
But  what did the Hasselblad say about that? Watch out you don't stir up trouble in your little medium format harem or is it just a menage a trois?  Especially the Hassies don't like this competition at all and can then become unexpectedly jealous. I could tell you a story or two....

Speaking of rhythm: Playing a drum solo from the bottom to the top, a bit nervous at the beginning, with a calm passage by the water and maybe a soft glockenspiel in the top right? What a great pleasure to look at your composition, Rog!

Off the beaten track

Only a few paces to the side but probably never seen by most passers by, this beautiful piece of Ti (Tea) Tree is one of my favourite stopping points. Invisible only a few paces from the clifftop track, I photograph it with different lenses, cameras and in colour and B&W. Different light at different times of the day make it seem mystical me. This pick made at dusk. I probably fantasise too much, but it pleases me.

Hasselblad 203FE & 110mm lens shooting Portra 400.

I like the photo and the idea of coming back to a place and take just another photo. It will never be the same.   I do that myself quite often.

That's really an amazing storyboard, Phil. No easy thing with a TLR, even with a tripod (which I assume you used). So very seamless and yet.... A pentych?

Wonderful panorama of 6x6s! And a great document. Such a beautiful place too, Sorrento, in Victoria. I have some very happy memories of visits to Sorrento.
