My first contribution to this thread, my first roll. A to me unknown brand which I got with the camera just to try. Meet my neighbors. Rolleiflex 2.8f.

Great, welcome to the thread! I like both of them. I have a slight preference for the second, and find it curious how the saintly halo can’t decide over which protagonist it should settle. What’s the name of the film? (And see you soon @ the challenge!)

@christoph_d thanks, they are far from perfect, but I decided to show at least one shot from each film a shoot. Film is fomapan as i remember.

I bought ten rolls of expired Ilford, just to play around so I get to know the camera. Then I will buy fresh film 😇

Fomapan (100, 200 or 400) are all good films (I particularly like their dark, gutsy character), with the added advantage of being comparatively cheap. Ilford if new, is much more expensive, but also has finer grain. Both are good choices. Do you develop yourself?

No self development, not in the mood to even try it anymore, sold the darkroom when I emigrated. So I found a local lab for the time being.
