Thank you so much lekitr and Rog. I really appreciate your thoughts on my picture.

Jackson Pollock and the abstract expressionist approach of "all-over painting" did occur to me when taking this picture. Isn't it funny when you are walking around, camera in hand, looking to take a photograph, when the eyes see something that the brain then interprets as a potential photographic subject, often giving some context at the same time? This complexity of branches and what have you immediately struck me along those lines, both literally and, as Rog suggests, metaphorically, and I'm so glad that that has translated into something that has struck you, too.
