Doc Henry Posted December 24, 2017 Author Share #44243 Posted December 24, 2017 Dear Adam and all enthusiast here, thx again gentlemen f Y nice replies and Your attention, its really not I want to make a secret out of which film , gear and so on, I used , I just don t know yet, the 80 s are trix 400, the newer ar addox and mostly the new APX ( bec its cheap an available even in drug shops here) like it was in film days. I swear I alway use rodinal 1/ 25 at 18° Celsius, I use plastic spools and tanks from Patterson and a Nikon scanner ed 40 meanwhile I scan with a medium res, bec its fast and the pics look well. Vue Scan is a great SW and post I do in C1 I nearly always use the 40 mm M Rokkor. seldom a 50 , 1,5 I . Im lazy and its a good lens to get common with, I had a summicron 35 before but someone strange liked it too ;-) I like the Rodinal bec its stockable and fast. and compact. drops.jpg Thank you Becker for these precisions Best Henry

Suede Posted December 24, 2017 Share #44251 Posted December 24, 2017 think its not important which film You take , every film ( is better than sensor ) will bring a good negativ if You have simple workflow and do not play too much pulling pushing and so on. looking out.jpg I agree with your thoughts. It's an approach that makes photography fun, keeping things simple. 'Seeing' and composition are king.

A bit worried about my film that has been x-rayed many times already, and I’m only 5 days into my trip. Hopefully it will come out fine. Merry Christmas everyone! This year I traveled by plane inside Italy and from Italy to the US and to Ireland. It looks like everybody outside Italy is ok to give your film a hand check even if the check point is crowded. Italians always refuse even when the place is completely empty and they have nothing to do. Anyway, I have not had any problems so far with 400 iso film. Have fun on vacation.
