dmitchell Posted November 7, 2017 Share #42224 Posted November 7, 2017 Thank you, I have a lot more if people don't mind me sharing them. It was an adventure, especially as I was about 18 and on my first holiday without parents! To be honest I thought I had no good pictures from the trip as I was just shooting full auto on an SLR but I hope I'll find a couple of diamonds in the rough. Thanks for looking. www.robertpoolephotography.com This reminds me of my first trip overseas with an entry-level Canon SLR. However, your photos are much better! Thanks for sharing them.

AntonioF Posted November 7, 2017 Share #42235 Posted November 7, 2017 Random shot at Granville Island in Vancouver. The place is full of semi-industrial buildings with sheet metal walls and art labs. Also the public market is a good place to get lunch. M6, Canon 50/1.4, Tri-X400 20170930-DSCF0054 by antoniofedele, on Flickr
Popular Post Guest )-( Posted November 7, 2017 Popular Post Share #42236 Posted November 7, 2017 (edited) Very nice portrait Antonio, really engaging. I was busy taking boring pictures of rocks with the Rolleiflex before these guys appeared and made my afternoon. (iphone shot of a postcard print - looks soft online, I can read the writing on the jumper's flipper on the print) from Delta 400/Xtol negative. Welcome, dear visitor! stray cat Posted November 7, 2017 Share #42237 Posted November 7, 2017 Great moment caught, Richard. That guy must have been really desperate to spear some fish! Still in Fiji, while I was waiting to take the ferry in the background I watched this guy dealing with what we might call a water issuance problem: Fiji 2006 Nikon F90X, AF Nikkor 50mm f1.4, Tri-X

Guest )-( Posted November 7, 2017 Share #42239 Posted November 7, 2017 Thanks. His friend is already in, his head just visible, and just having shouted ‘NOW’. Definitely a high risk activity in a 2-3m swell. I like the docks shot, has a real mood to it.
