Welcome, the colours of the Vision3 film look nice indeed.

Out of interest: how do you remove the remjet layer?

Best regards

Christoph

Thanks christoph, I used baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) 3-4 table spoons with 800ml warm water, stir it well, but use it in normal temperature, fill it into the develop tank for 30 sec then poured it back to container for reuse, fill the film tank again with warm water, shakes it quick and hard same as bartender shake the drink for you, pour it out now you will see black color water came out, fill and pouring with tap water for about 3-4 times then continue normal develop process. After final rinses, hang the film and use dampen cotton pad to clean the thin leftover remjet on none emulsion side and the last step is stabilized.

Hope this well understand,

this same scene but difference film and lens, this one is Vision3 50D, Esman Kodak cinema film iso 50, the previous one is same brand but 250D (iso 250) both developed with Adox RA4 color developer.

In the old days until before switch to digital, I never develop film myself because the cost of it so so cheap and you can do nearly every conner of the town, but now it more expensive and difficult to find one that forced me try to build up the skill of film developing over this 2 years until now it become easy and enjoying.

This was made in the Basilica of St. Nazaire and St. Celse, Carcassonne.

Carcassonne is wonderful – a very large medieval city/fortress that was a centre for the Cathars in south-ish France, not far from Toulouse.

XP2, 35mm Summaron 3.5, if anyone is interested

Very nice picture in black and white Michel

The Summaron 3.5 is still a good lens

Thank you

I think it might be where we direct link to images, or share them using the forum upload facility.

If someone quotes a direct link, as Adam did above (thanks! love the colour in the brine), it republishes the image.

If someone quotes an uploaded picture, it strips out the image itself?

I'd be OK to try and use the forum software to avoid this issue.

Try quoting this post, this image is uploaded using the Forum's 'Attach File' facility rather than direct linking.

It took HP5+, SWC/M and some precarious resting on a ledge to try and squeeze the top of that building in.

Very nice perspective Richard and Ilford rendering of XP2

Ray,  thanks for this picture with nice composition.

TX400 is one of the best film of Kodak .I like it too.

About your scan, I think you are a digital aspect perhaps than on classical scanner

when you look at lines and edges of buidings ie hypersharp. If you still have your scanner

make a comparison...and if you can post here ... :)

Thank you, Henry! :)
The Contax T3 has a fixed lens, a 35mm f/2.8 "Sonnar". It is not a Sonnar design, however, and is closer to a Biogon design. In respect to current lenses, the ZM C-Biogon 35mm f/2.8 is closest in design, but I never felt it draws as nicely as the T3 lens, be it on film or digital.
The T3 is the ONE camera I will never sell, I prefer it over all other film camera I have used (I also use a Contax T occasionally, also veeeery nice).

You do great picture with this camera Peter

What lens have you ?
