You do have a good memory, Henry. I did post a similar view from a similar position in colour (Portra 400) a while back but this was taken on a different day.

Here's a couple of recent colour landscapes. Both on the Isle of Wight and both Portra 400 and 28 Summaron-M.

Henry, Elite is the name of the tin box maker. I found the box at a local chocolatier and it was filled with the specialities he had made himself. As was expected, I simply had to have the tin. I don't know what happened to the chocolates in the tin; I presume I threw them away. Ahem.

Edit: Got it. English tin maker: http://www.elitetins.com/elitecatalogue.pdf. Search for  Vintage Camera Tin

Beautiful portrait and beautiful color Adam

So you get out your M3 ... and the result is nice :)

Color of skin is great

I like the color of Portra 160 a bit less saturated than 400

You make a lot of trips Adam , lucky you are

Thank you, Henry. I just love love love this film rendition of this photo, and the sweet nature of this young lady.

You should know that, although i am currently a cranky obnoxious New Yorker, i grew up in Dallas, Texas. So i am also a rednecked hillbilly :) :)

This photo illustrates how fast this thread moves :) :)

Harlem, NYC

Hassy 503cw, 250 Zeiss Sonar Superachromat, Kodak Ektar

Faster than a speeding train for sure Adam.

Nicely captured.

How do you find the 250/5.6? The body can handle it mounted OK? No tripod mount on the lens?

I'm contemplating the 250/4.0FE. At 920g, it's just a little lighter than your SA, but without tripod mount.

Not one I'd use too often, but with SWC/60/110, it'd be handy to have. Pretty impossible to find much info on these Hasselblad telephotos.
