Thanks for showing Henry, I like your walkers! They become part of the structure of the film.

Christoph

Thank you James.  I  forget I took this picture from the Mont Saint Michel Abbey at 70m.

Film gives a nice effect from above  and when you crop you can still see these walkers.

Regards

Henry

Henry,

Neil is perhaps, ummmmm, distracted slightly.

https://www.l-camera-forum.com/topic/275299-meet-rani-contains-nudity/

Not sure about Eoin though, hopefully holding the reflector just out of shot.

Gary

Thank you Gary so great occupation for Neil :D ... i prefer shots in film Kodak TX400

because I can see skin with pores, not "smoothish" skin and "soft" rendering when watching

(thanks Phil) :)

Very nice clouds

What is Caffenol ? it's with coffee (I love coffee) :)

Thank you for posting

Henry

Hello Henry,

yes - it is coffee. But I would not recoment to drink it. It's a bit strong. ;)

If you search the web you will find a lot of Caffenol receipts. I use Caffenol M-H-rs.

The charm is, that you only use stuff you can get in the supermarket. It's washing soda, vitamin C and instant coffee.

But there is also already mixed Caffenol developers to buy.

Best regards

sorry digital

Probably not as tasty as your one. ;)

Normally the caffenol community recommend to look out for the cheapest and strongest coffee you can get. But I choose the more expensive arabica one. Have the impression it has a better shadow definition and sensitivity then the cheaper one.

Have not tested normal coffee, but I am afraid it might be a bit difficult to get it to the strength needed. So instant coffee is adwised.

Christoph - these have a dark, brooding quality. Is that the weather, or a property of the film, or both? Whatever, it is very attractive.

Christoph,

What Phil said. I am impressed with the way you have managed to retain some integrity of color with less light. My initial use of the film suggested that it was of little use in anything but the most intense lighting. I guess I was wrong.

I took the shot below very early in the morning. Daughter had headed back home, with her dogs, but had forgotten Remmy's (Golden Retriever...tireless) ball on patio. I was very sad, almost depressed, to see them go.  I thought the shot would make a good momento.

Fetch remembered.

More TMax/HC-110/motorised Rondinax - I wonder if the continuous agitation is helping provide the lively contrast?

Chris , may be ... I'll try for comparison

Superb contrast and black-grey tone

The nuance on your car is great and good definition in the second picture

Thank you

I agree.  That is probably why we all keep liking these shots by Christoph.  The other-worldliness of it.
