Another from Plaubel Roll-Op. 75mm 2.8 Anticomar, HP5.

It has a light leak, but I am enchanted by the rendering from this old 4.5x6, 120 folder. It is now off for repair. I cannot wait to mix up my first batch of E6 chemistry and put a roll of Velvia 50 through it.

Great picture Wayne with nice grain

So it's a MF in HP5

Thank you

H.

The print looks amazing. The first picture I posted a few days ago also looks amazing. Had I processed it the same as the first it would have looked like the first...... kind of like all the NYC pictures Adam posts....... they all look the same, and that's perfectly okay, whatever floats your boat

I just wanted to try something different and I really like it. Both of the prints are at the fram shop getting mounted.

Tomorrow I will go and try to find a nice location to shoot the twin towers in KL

Pictures to follow

Here is another one from my rare film series:

A Konica SR-V 3200 from 1990.

Probably today I would have taken different photos with it, but today I can't get this film anymore.

A very fine series again (but please consider posting somewhat smaller size).

got some more from my stroll around the city of Cardiff.

I like it Neil. It had me wondering what I was looking at and made me think of a monochrome watercolour painting.

its called ART........ all the details are there. I chose to hide them :)
Thanks
Neil

Details are outstanding Ian and color is natural and "magnifique"

Another comment about your picture of your son posted above it's a lovely portrait :)

Thanks Henry. I don't have a son. You must be mixing me up with somebody else?

Turn the negative before copying such that the other side faces the paper.

confused

Do you mean scan emulsion side up?

Scan? I thought the question was about contact printing where you place the negativ on top of the paper and expose the paper through the negative. When scanning, the question becomes moot as you can flip the image in the computer, of course.

The question I tried to answer is here: https://www.l-camera-forum.com/topic/205842-i-like-filmopen-thread/?p=3295808

As said Philip, Neil , I put the emulsion face down (not up) when I put on the enlarger :)

Same precaution when I scan with my Nikon Coolscan
