Doc Henry Posted June 10, 2017 Author Share #34168 Posted June 10, 2017 Hi Henry, Thank you very much My M7 is currently still in Wetzlar. These photographs were shot before it was sent to Germany. Rollei CR200 is a slide film ... my roll was C41 developed ( i.e. cross processed) to obtain Negatives instead of Positives. Tytan you sent Wetzlar for "à la carte" isn't ? blackandwhite Posted June 10, 2017 Share #34180 Posted June 10, 2017 I have enlarged in 30x40 cms and framed these two pictures below taken at the same time > advantage two cameras one in color one in b&w You lose details when you converted color in b&w , well visible when crop Deep Ardèche (France) 2015 Which you prefer ? Leica M7-Kodak Portra 400-35 Summilux Asph Image4masalléekp400m7fec+++1000.jpg Leica MP-Kodak TX400-50 Summilux Asph Image4masardeckodtwmplrlfht+++1000.jpg Best Henry The BW one of course ;-) No, Henry: both pictures have the certain "something" that makes them interesting in different ways. The colour pic is close to impressionism, the BW is a photoGRAPHY ( a pure light-drawing ). By the way, I love Your Paris Canal views.
