philipus Posted May 13, 2017 Share #32524 Posted May 13, 2017 I'm very sorry, Wayne I look forward to your photos. br Philip First, Chrism inspires me to drag out my Pentax gear; now, this........I suppose I am going to have to load up 500 C/M as well.I am about eight years from retirement, and have recently been contemplating the sale of some really fine, and fullly functional, old film gear. I did take out the 500 C/M and look through the screen about an hour ago. I had forgotten how magic the experience is.

"Pusteblume" 203FE 80 Planar 32E+16E Kodak Ektar Coolscan 9000 Beautiful, Philip! Dandelions make for a great shallow depth-of-field subject, but I think this is the best rendition I have seen.
stray cat Posted May 14, 2017 Share #32528 Posted May 14, 2017 Some more plant life. "Pusteblume" Flickr 203FE 80 Planar 32E+16E Kodak Ektar Coolscan 9000 This is beautiful. Also a salient reminder that what's in the background, especially with colour and structure like this, is equally as important as what's in the foreground.
stray cat Posted May 14, 2017 Share #32529 Posted May 14, 2017 (edited) One more out-take from the roll I shot during the "AustralasianOne" challenge in Melbourne last month: William Eggleston exhibition, NGV Melbourne 08 April 2017 M6TTL, 35mm Summicron, Tri-X, K2 Edited May 14, 2017 by stray cat
A miller Posted May 14, 2017 Share #32530 Posted May 14, 2017 Another "Australasian One" challenge out-take, this time a little in the style of Adam: Docklands, Melbourne, April 8 2017 M6TTL, 35mm Summicron, Tri-X, K2, SF20 Love the framing of these. Well done and nice to see you posting again! And some more monochromes. Have been using the Fuji TX-1 (Hasselblad X-Pan) quite a lot lately, a wonderful camera! These are with the Hasselblad 30/5.6 on Ilford FP4 developed in HC110. All from northern Iceland. Cheers, Chris Love this one! A hint of Elliott Erwitt influence? My attempt: Leica M6 Summicron 50? or 35 Summaron Tri-X Gorgeous, Philip. Some more plant life.
