As I said to Gary , I have only 2 SLR cameras in my Billingham bag this time

for Street Photos (SP), both with one roll of color film , just to test if I can shoot

SP with them, instead of my 2 M normally.

Two more from Saturday afternoon's walk on Martinsell Hill on the Marlborough Downs.  IIIg, 5cm Summicron Collapsible, Acros100, Rodinal.

Keith wonderful shot with your IIIg Like I said to Adam with his M-A I have the feeling

it has something with these cameras without internal lightmeter

Really nice and soft pleasing to watch and not agressive

Thanks for sharing Keith  :)

The Acros with old camera is great IMO

Thank you, Henry.  I would imagine that "Really nice and soft pleasing to watch and not agressive"  is more to do with the 1951 Summicron Collapsible and V700 scanner than with the lack of presence of a lightmeter.

We are in film thread and I am always in my mind a comparison with digital pictures

that's why i use terms like "soft , not agressive" etc... and that's the case with your pictures,

mostly with the IIIg camera , a great device

A great device indeed, Henry - and a delight to use!  One more from Saturday's walk on Martinsell Hill.  Bare beech tree.  I cannot help but be enamoured by the smooth tonal gradations that the Acros & Rodinal combination gives.   :)
